The Institute of Adult Jewish Studies (IAJS)

The Institute of Adult Jewish Studies (IAJS) is a consortium of twelve synagogues (Reform, Conservative and Orthodox) serving Northeast Nassau County. Each fall, on Monday evenings, the IAJS offers thirteen weeks of lectures by world-renowned speakers on a wide variety of Jewish-related subjects. In addition, for eight of those weeks, classes by local rabbis and lay instructors precede the lectures.

Sandwich and Toiletries Activity 12:00 PM
Make sandwiches to feed the hungry.
Make toiletries gift bags to be given out to various shelters
Join us as we come together to make 200 sandwiches and pack them with a snack and drink.
Lunches will be delivered to The INN at Glen Cove and Hempstead, a part of the Interfaith Network.
Monetary donations will be gladly accepted to offset the cost of the sandwiches we will be making.
